Is an electronic signature actually legal?
Yes. Under UK law an electronic signature is valid and enforceable for the vast majority of business documents - quotes, contracts, agreements. Pixasign goes further than most by sealing each document and keeping a tamper-evident record, so if it’s ever questioned, you can show exactly what happened.
How do I prove a signature later?
Every signed document comes with an evidence certificate: who signed, their IP and rough location, the device, a full timestamped timeline, and cryptographic hashes proving nothing has changed since. It’s independently checkable - you don’t have to take our word for it, or even stay a customer.
Do I pay more as my team grows?
No. Users are unlimited on every plan - one monthly fee covers everyone, with no per-seat charges. Each plan has a monthly document allowance (50, 200 or 500); reach it and you simply move up a plan, nothing ever bounces. And your clients never pay a penny - they don’t even need an account to sign.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account becomes read-only - you can always view and download everything you’ve already signed - and you choose a plan whenever you’re ready. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away; sending just pauses until you pick a plan.
What if a document bounces or I cancel it?
It’s credited straight back to your monthly allowance. If an email bounces, or you cancel a send before the signer opens it, that document doesn’t count. You only spend one when it’s genuinely in play.
Where does my data live?
