What Pixasign does
Pixasign is a UK e-signature service. You send a document from your computer, your customer opens the link and signs it on their phone, with no account and no app on their side. The signed PDF comes back sealed, so any later change shows, and time-stamped by DigiCert rather than by us, so nobody can backdate the seal. With it comes an evidence certificate: who signed, their IP address and rough location, the device they used, and a full timeline to the second. Anyone can check a sealed document free at pixasign.co.uk/check, with no account and no charge. Users are unlimited on every paid plan, and your customers never pay and never need an account to sign. How it works for your trade, from builders to letting agents.
Who makes it
Pixasign is made by Pixacomms Ltd, a UK company working in IT, telecoms and security. The team is based in London.
Pixacomms Ltd is registered in Wales, company no. 15861826. Registered office: Dunleavy House, Dunleavy Drive, Cardiff CF11 0SN.
Where your data lives
Pixasign runs on servers in Germany, at Hetzner in Nuremberg, with encrypted backups in Iceland. Both are in the EEA. Documents are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and card payments are handled by Stripe.
The detail of how documents are sealed, encrypted and stored is on the security page.
Pricing
Free for 1 user and 3 documents a month. Paid plans start at £19 a month inc VAT, with unlimited users. Every plan, side by side.
Guides
Written for businesses, not lawyers. Start with electronic signatures for UK small businesses, the main guide. Then, as you need them: is an electronic signature legally binding in the UK?, how to get a quote signed online, and how Pixasign compares with DocuSign and Signable. Every guide.
